This 6,200 square foot renovation of the historic Blythefield Country Club includes the addition of a multi-level exterior patio overlooking the manicured golf course, an extensive remodel and expansion of the existing dining areas, and further exterior amenities including a wood burning fireplace.
Upward for Children, Phoenix, AZ
Completed in 2016, The 22,000 square foot facility serves as a school and day program facility for special needs individuals in the Phoenix area. The colorful exterior and interiors along with a state of the art special needs play area give students a lively and fun place to learn and socialize.
The Palmdale Aerospace Academy, Palmdale, CA
The schools excellence in STEM centered curriculum played a large roll in the school design. Every effort was made to allow staff and students to engage in a way that promotes respect and cooperation. The 160,000 sf. school opened in the fall of 2017 with 1500 students.
Harbor 31, Muskegon, Michigan
On the shore of Muskegon Lake, this 120 million dollar project is slated to begin construction in the fall of 2021. The mixed use project will consist of Single Family Residence, Apartments, Senior Living Facility, Restaurants, Hotel, Offices, Boat sales and service and a Marina. In addition, the development will set the standard for sustainable urban redevelopment.
